Job Description:
1.Work closely with business units to help them make informed preliminary business decisions, providing insights and analysis that help businesses understand the financial situations including liquidity/ tax/ cost/ budget/ organizational structure…, to identify opportunities and risks;
2.Review financial statements to ensure their accuracy and compliance with accounting standards by checking original finance vouchers in site and records in SAP, especially focus on the finance data of key projects;
3.Present the findings and suggestions to senior management through reports/ presentations/ meetings, to clarify the actual business situation in specific project or country behind the meanings of finance data, such as WIP/ AR/ AP…;
4.Make comparison among several projects in the same country, to identify the cost drivers which cause the actual cost deviating from planned cost;
5.Review the liquidity forecast of projects made by cost control department, to ensure its rationality matching the situation in site, and cooperate with several departments such as cost control/ treasure/ engineering to make cross-functional communication;
6.The other tasks assigned by finance leader.


Requirement:
1.Bachler degree or above, accounting or financial related education background;
2.Fluency both of verbal and writing in Spanish and Chinese is a must. English or Polish will be a big advantage;
3.Above 2 years working experience in FP&A position, with the ability to sort out the multiple data from different departments;
4.Working experience in construction company will be a plus;
5.Willing to have business trip in Spain or other countries several times per year;
6.Familiar with IFRS and Spanish tax regulations;
7.Ability of individual SAP operation experience is a must;
8.Practiced user in MS Office is necessary, python will be a plus.

Job Discription:
Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
Monitoring project deadlines are met.
Providing administrative support as needed.
Undertaking project tasks as required.
Travelling (Project auditting) in and out of Spain will be expected if necessary.

Requirements:
Fluency in Spanish and Chinese as a must. English could be a big advantage.
Bachler degree or above.
Construction or Engineering background.
8 years working experience for Mid-level (5 years as Entry level), ideally with Chinese background company.
Attention to details.
Solid writing skill, both in Chinese and Spanish/English.
Strong communication skills.
